FEELINGS? HOW DO YOU MANAGE YOUR?

FEELINGS :

1. Don't take cues from your FEELINGS. They're unstable. You can have a productive day and still "feel" heavy at the end of it.

2. Whatever you 'Fill-In" to your mind becomes the foundation for your FEELINGS. Guard your heart.

3. Depression isnt where you are. It's how you feel. FEELINGS come from thoughts. Thoughts are based on focus. Change your focus and your FEELINGS will change.

4. Don't sacrifice the success of your assignment trying to spare the FEELINGS  of ineffective others. Help them find where they fit.

5. Refuse to let anyone's FEELINGS for or against you to become a weapon of mass DISTRACTION. Push back. Pull away. Regain your FOCUS!

6.  Emotions are how your thoughts feel. To see if your FEELINGS are legit, convert them back into thoughts and analyze them.

7. The ability to refrain from saying/posting what you are feeling when your FEELINGS are out of control proves that you're in control.

8. Never allow temporary FEELINGS to transform into a permanent mindset.

9.  When your FEELINGS begin to fluctuate, don't forget your PURPOSE and DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS. FEELINGS lead to that road that leads to nowhere.

10. You have the right to feel right but when Negative FEELINGS set in, something else might just be running your life for you.
